Abstracts of Current Research: The history of the Frankish kingdom of Jerusalem: Research focuses on the cultural activities in the Latin establishments in the Levant, compared with developments in the European mother-countries and in the realm of Islam. Aerial photography and history: A juxtaposition of two aerial photographs of the same area, taken from the same altitude and angle at two different points in time, allow the two photos to interpret one another and objectively document change.
